Her Thirties is a fast-growing media and lifestyle platform serving women navigating their 30s. I was brought on during a pivotal growth phase to lead digital strategy and execution across social, email, community, and live events, with a focus on turning audience trust into sustainable revenue.

The challenge: A brand with strong community energy but no scalable marketing infrastructure. Content was one-dimensional and monetisation was totally untapped.

What I achieved:

  • Led the organic growth strategy that repositioned the brand to grow Instagram by 1-2K followers per day through trend-led creative and culturally relevant storytelling

  • Developed and launched TikTok strategy, designing multiple viral posts over 1M+ views and opening a new audience channel

  • Managed email marketing across multiple digital product launches, building funnels and automations from scratch

  • Project managed the production and launch of the Her Thirties app, including our Manchester pop-up app launch event alongside Sephora and Dose Collagen.

  • Shaped new audience-led monetisation models including ticketed live events, brand partnerships and online courses

  • Marketed 4 high-ticket IRL events, working cross-functionally with founders to ensure a high ROAS for our brand partners

The result: 400K new organic followers. A monetised community. New revenue-generating funnels across social, email, app, and events, all built from the ground up, over 12 months.
